Natural crunchy dietary food for adult cats with chronic renal insufficiency and in need of liver function support. Chronic renal failure is common, especially in older cats. A renal-supporting diet food has a positive effect on the kidneys and can slow down the deterioration of kidney function. Especially suitable for adult cats to support kidney function in case of chronic renal insufficiency.

Ingredients

Rice, dehydrated poultry, potato protein, animal fat (poultry), corn gluten, salmon oil (5%), beet pulp, minerals (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride), hydrolysed chicken liver, vegetable fat.

Feeding Guidelines

VitalCare Veterinary Diet Renal & Liver Support can be given dry and no preparation is needed. Always ensure there is fresh drinking water at room temperature available. Spread the daily portion of VitalCare Veterinary Diet Renal & Liver Support over several small meals per day.

Additional diet information. Moderate level of protein, selected and highly digestible.

Recommended period of use: in case of renal insufficiency: initially up to 6 months, in case of liver insufficiency: initially up to 4 months. It is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use. After extending the period of use, the food can be fed for life. Water should be available at all times.

Storage advice
Keep the food cool and dry and close the packaging after use. Tip: use a properly lockable storage drawer and clean it well before opening a new package. Keep these packaging details to know exactly which food to give your cat!.

To switch from your previous dry food to ours; mix an increased amount of the new food into the old for 7 days at minimum until you have switched completely.
