Return / Exchange Terms
Product that have been purchased but are not what you ordered, or damaged/defective can be exchanged with the following terms and conditions:
- Purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 7 days from receiving the product.
- Fill in the Product Return Form below.
- Attach invoice / receipt for the purchase of the product to be returned.
- Products returned without filling in the product return form and invoice / proof of purchase cannot be exchanged and will be returned directly to the customer's address.
- The product to be returned and exchanged must be in its original state. If we find a product that is in a bad condition, except because it is damaged / defective), we cannot accept the return and exchange process. The product will be sent back directly to the customer's address.
- Customers are responsible for the product shipping cost from customer to Lush Pets Co. It will take us around 3-5 business days to process the requested product returns after the product is received by Lush Pets Co .
- Lush Pets Co. will be responsible for the shipping costs from Lush Pets Co. to customers.

If a delivery error occurs, immediately report this error to Lush Pets Co. Customer Service by informing your personal data, order ID, errors that occur, and products that should be obtained. We will resolve the shipping error as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT! Our exchange period is 7 days after the product is received by the customer. The returned product must be in its original state. If we find that a product is in a bad condition (used or dirty), we cannot accept the return and exchange process. The product will be sent back directly to the customer's address.
